All bed linen and towels are included in the rent along with a cot and a child's high chair.
Fuel and power and an initial supply of logs for the open fire is included in the rent and additional bags can be purchased at £3 per bag from the local village shop.
A private water supply feeds the property from a local spring. Bottled water if required for cooking and drinking is supplied as part of the rental.
Off road parking is available for up to 3 cars.
An enclosed garden is available with furniture and an area for BBQ.
Sorry we do not allow smoking within the premises.
Shops and a pub with dining facilities are available within two miles.
One well behaved dog will be welcomed.
The normal rental period is Friday to Friday arriving after 3.00 pm and leaving by 10.00 am.
Note - Access to the property is via an uneven farm track so please take care and drive slowly.
